Remember all those lemons I brought home from our trip? Well they were ripening faster than I could use them, so the solution was juice them. The best way I know to save the juice for future use is freeze them in cubes, bag them and use as needed. We were looking for something in the storage room on the balcony and I found the Willow Tree girls I had been missing since we moved. This one I keep where it can be seen as it's such a reminder of sitting with a friend and sharing our hearts. Since my word for 2015 is study, I just love my little girl engrossed in a book.
