WHAT DO YOU GET WHEN YOU CROSS A MANGO AND A BANANA?? Our next door neighbor brought me two ripe mango's. I've never bought one, and only eaten some on a fruit platter at a Buffet. I peeled it and it was really ripe and very mushy. So what to do with a mushy mango, and a couple of bananas. I experimented and came up with the most delicious "Mango~Banana" Bread. I also added some chopped walnuts and a little drizzle and made two loaves. S urprised my neighbor with one! This won't be the last time I do this. In fact...there is one more ripe mango in the refrigerator. Do you experiment in your kitchen??
