IT'S BROKEN IN....
White chocolate chip walnut cookies were the first thing I made with my new KitchenAid. Wow! I was amazed at the power, and how quickly the dough was ready to put on the cookie sheet. As my routine, most of them have been given away. Willie the maintenance man will get a bag when he comes to fix the fan over the stove. ~~ The landscaper got a bag, and a plate of cookies went with me to Women's Bible Study yesterday. Thank goodness the cookie jar is almost empty as Don and I were able to fine a YMCA a few miles away that honors our "Silver Sneekers" insurance plan, so we can go free. Don wants to try the water activities as he has a shoulder that bothers him, and I want to get back into the classes of exercise, balance and zumba gold. Woke up at 6:00 this morning and felt rested, so slipped out of bed, made a cup of coffee and have half of my Bible Study done, the house clean, and Freddie's fishbowl has fresh water. Amazing w...
