ONCE I WAS YOUNG
A little redheaded girl came into the world on May 1, 1941. Her grandfather Stover gave her the middle name Mae to celebrate her birthdate. So I became Wanda Mae Dill. This picture was taken when I was 9 months old wearing the cape that a dear friend of my mother had made for me. I still have the cape and the picture taken some 82 years ago. Some memories are very special and this cape is something I treasure. I pray that my girls will keep it and continue to pass it on to the next generation. Good News on this eighty second birthday! I passed my DMV drivers renewal test!! I'm good to be the chauffeur for another five years. Once I was young, but now I am old and I'm loving it!!!
