IT'S ALL IN A NAME
Yes, I'm "Kind of a Big DILL". This was the kitchen towels my son, Myk gave me the other night at our October Celebration. The story behind it, my maiden name was "DILL". It was bad enough having the last name of Dill as many jokes about me being a "pickle" or "in a pickle" during grade school. HaHa. But on top of that I was a "red head" and I remember a little boy in third grade telling me "He'd rather be dead that red on the head". It wasn't so funny in the third grade but have had lots of laughs telling the story when a grandchild faced being call a name at school. I could relate! Have you every had a nick name you didn't like that "stuck"?
