EASTER COOKING CLASS AND BRUNCH
It's been several months since I've done a Cooking Class at the Villa. Several of the ladies have ask when we could do another so I decided I would do one of my crust-less quiche and have an Easter Brunch. The little rose bush in the background was a gift from the sisters below. The ladies enjoyed a lunch of Vegetable Quiche, fresh fruit, muffins and almond loaf. One of the gals brought country potatoes which really set off the menu. Juice, coffee and tea. It was a nice time for the eight ladies that attended. The lady next to me and the dark haired lady are sisters and live here in the Villa. A few of the others, filling their plates and visiting. These cooking classes are fun, as they get to watch me make a dish, and they get to eat the goodies and have a social time together. Win-Win!
