ALWAYS THE ACTRESS
Our grandson, Tristan is coming in June and has been asking me to share some pictures of the family, and especially his great grandpa, my Dad. While I was looking through the bin of pictures I found this one, and had to laugh. This is me, probably around 5 years old. We had an old upright piano and since I've been animated and theatrical all my life this just proves the point. I never took piano lessons, and I can't play the piano. It was my sister Donna, who played the piano. This is the young "actress" playing the part. Am I convincing??? I was in several plays in High School and even one best Thespian for my role as Madam DuVeu in the Boyfriend. But acting was never my call, but it has been useful in productions we have put on in the churhes we served over the years of ministry. Just thought you might get a smile, from my young actress days. You never know...she just might still have a little of the flair.......
