ENJOYING LIFE AGAIN!
This weekend was so special as it was the first time in months that I have been able to take a trip. We attended a family gathering inVentura CA by the Ocean for the 80th Birthday of Don's cousin, Lou. The picture above is the harbor from our Hotel window. The party was held at a nieces home at the top of the hill overlooking the ocean. A lovely home and priceless family time. Lou is on the left celebrating her 80th birthday. Her daughter April sharing a moment with her mom. I was feeling great, and the first time I've felt good in a long time. Our daughter and her husband brought us home. He is retired Navy so we stopped at the Navy Commissary on the way. Finally, my husband who had to give up driving many years ago was so excited that he got to "drive". HaHa The last stop before home was a delicious dinner at a Mexican Restrurant. It was so wonderful to be pain free, all my "plumming" working perfectly. I was as giddy as a s...
