VALENTINE/BIRTHDAY PARY
Thursday was the "February Birthdays and Valentine Party" at the Clubhouse. The tables were decorated and the Potluck was very tasty. The kids aways have fun, and they had a room full of balloons to play with. This is one of my little "boy friends" who lives in the complex. They hired a Latin Singer to entertain us, and also show us some dance moves! Most of the people had left, so some of us gals got out on the floor and had a blast. None of us were very good, and as you can see, none of us were "teenagers"...this is a Senior Complex..HaHa. But I'm getting to know the women, and it's great that some of them speak English, even though the biggest percentage is Hispanic, next would be the Asian..and then me and Don ~HaHa! But we really enjoy living here. I felt like I was back at my Zumba class. We know that this is just the place God planted us, so we try to let our light shine in our little corner of the world.
