GOT A MINUTE OR TWO

    Over the past weeks, I have baked banana bread, scones. to the extend I'm rather tired of them (hard for me to admit).  The cookie jar has stayed empty as we no children in the complex coming by on a daily basis as they did before Covid-19. So today I decided to fill the cookie jar.  I got busy and didn't hear the timer bell and so we have two tone cookies.  Those baked the normal 9 minutes, and the others...haha.  Good thing my dearest likes the overbaked ones.  I like them light and soft!  So it's a win-win.
