Remember that "huge" candle I got with seven wicks!  Well it does light of the room!  I was enjoying my early morning quiet time with a cup of coffee and decided to take a picture of the candle when lit.  After I took the picture, I saw the wolf learking behind the trees. HaHa  Actually it's one of my watercolors and I took it down to hang a different picture in it's place, and set him on the couch until I decided where to put him.  Not every day you have a wolf on your couch! (click on picture to enlarge to see the wolf) Had some delicious salmon the other night!  I tried a new sauce on it and it was so yummy, I could just drink it!!  1/4 cup brown sugar packed, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon dejon mustard (I used the multigrain) salt and pepper and a pad of butter.  Mix well and brush over the salmon and bake at 400 for 12-14 minutes.  Be sure to add more after it comes out of the oven.  I served it with oven bake...

I truly enjoy my morning coffee on the balcony and being entertained by a few of my feathered friends. The turn out for Zumba at the clubhouse Monday evening was really small.  But our instructor Terra didn't care...we worked out for an hour!  I love that all ages come out and each of us just do what we can.  Movement is good.   The arches and walkway to the clubhouse and the pool area always remind me what a lovely place we have the privilege to live in. A shot of my Mother's Day Balloon Bouquet.  I hope they last a long time...makes me smile and feel loved every time I walk into the living room. Hope you're having a good week!

Liked the way the shadow on the wall looked in this photo. It's not a great view, but Molly likes it, cause she can see who comes and goes on the stairs to our apartment. Watching the blizzards on the East coast, and seeing convertibles on my way to Julie's.  Gotta love Southern CA. Freddie enjoys a clean house too.  I can't believe he's two years old.  I've never had a Beta fish live over a year.  He fat and sassy and still comes up and bumps my finger.  Who says you can't pet a fish.  HaHa.
