THURSDATE
This was a great "Thursdate" We had several errands to run in Monrovia and decided to just turn it into a "Date". This may be the best salad I've ever had. Spinach with boiled egg, mushrooms, tomatoes and warm bacon balsamic dressing. Topped with a perfectly cooked piece of salmon. It was so big, I will have the rest of it for dinner. My dearest chose to have half a turkey club and salad. Both lunches came with a muffin, which we brought home for dessert later. Yes, this delightful lunch was at MiMi's. Then a stop at Trader Joe's for some of the things I especially like from there. They have "small" pork roasts, and the ones at Costco are just too BIG for us. Also they have Doggie Treats that Molly likes. Since it was a "date" my dearest had me pick out some flowers. I decided on red roses since I have so much red and white in the house now for February and Valentines Day. I couldn...
