GOT A MINUTE OR TWO

  Do you like pomegranate seeds?  I think they add a lot to a salad!  Just that touch of crunch and sweet.  But the hassel of getting out all those lovely seeds can be a messy chore!  I googled the easiest way to get the seeds, and found several ways, tried a couple, but what worked for me was slicing with a sharp knife in between the veins!  The peel back the skin, and they pop out very easy.  The container of seeds in just half the pomegranate! Already used them in salad, and now looking for other recipes to use them.  This lovely one was given to me at church Sunday!!
