GOT A MINUTE OR TWO

  Kimberly lives here at Villa Ramona.  We met about a year ago, as I saw her taking her husband, Peter to and from the complex in a wheelchair.  As I got to know her, found that Peter had a stroke nine years before, and she was his total care giver.  She may be small, but a tower of strength is so many ways.  Caring for her husband for nine years day in and day out.  She also cares for her father who has dementia.  When my dearest was in the hospital so many times a few years ago, she was always available to help us.   A several months ago, Peter passed away.  It's been so hard for Kimberly and I've tried to be a comfort and strength for her. We laughed together, cried together and share our love for the Lord and taking life, one day at a time.  When I found out I had this "bladder" condition and not able to do any heavy lifting, she volunteered to take down garbage when it was heavy and bring heavy groceries up the stairs to our u...
