FIG JAM AND BRIE
How do you feel about figs? I love them fresh, or in jam or preserves. I was delighted to see that MiMi's café had a new sandwich on their menu. A thick layer of fig jam A layer of thin sliced ham A layer of thick slices of brie Garden spring greens It was delicious. I will order it again! In fact one of my favorite things to make at home is: Multigrain toast A layer of ricotta cheese A layer of fig jam A few slices of fresh avocado Would you join me, or say No Thanks!!
