HAPPY CAMPER
Had my annual physical last week and the weight I've lost, and the regular exercise I'm doing has paid off. Dr. Estrada told me all my numbers are excellent and he's very proud of my weight loss and exercise discipline. In fact he said as I was leaving, "You can hold your head up high when you walk out of this office" So I did ~~ HaHa. PS. I have to give Molly some of the credit. Don and I used to share the responsibility of walking Molly. But since his health issues, I've taken over. That means walking 4 to 5 times a day and at least one of those times she feels like running....so I run to keep up with her. If I wasn't walking Molly every day, I think I would get lazy and not do as much walking. Of course every time we go, that means up and down those 15 stairs!! PS ~ since I wrote this post last week, my dearest has carried Molly down twice. PTL he is getting back to his old self!!!
