OUR GRANDSON THE CHEF
Our grandson Nick is a chef in a highend restaurant and we had the privilage of having him prepare our Anniversary dinner. It was such a delightful evening watching our grandson preparing our meal. The chef's work from area where we were seated. The food was to die for. Our salad was a beet candied walnut that was Nick's creation since he knows his grandpa loves beets. The prawns were so delicious and whatever the secret sauce was, it was unbelieable. An those were just the appitizers. Had Halibut for dinner. Our daughter Julie, and her husband Ralph are the very proud parents of Nick. He has always love to cook. I remember when he was a little boy and would make cup cakes or cookies with me. How wonderful to have a job that you absolutely love doing. Thank you Nick, Julie and Ralph for a 64th Anniversary to remember.
