WHY DON'T SHE WRITE??
I would have written sooner...haha BUT I caught a bug!! I'm keeping Kleenix in business. Feeling much better today. So here goes a few things that have happened around here! Three of my cookie boys! The youngest one is in Kindergarten and was selling candy for his school. I bought two. A Crisp and a Dark Chocolate. These are some of the precious children in my "Cookie Ministry" here at the Villa. I finally got my appetite back and enjoyed a dinner of pork tenderloin, fresh zucchini, and glazed carrots. This is the pork tenderloin I soak in a brine for several hours before cooking. It was so juicy and tender! Today I felt so good I made three loaves of Banana/Zucchini bread. One for us to eat, and two ready for the freezer to give away or have later. Did I ever tell you I freeze bananas in their peel for future use in banana bread. So easy and works so well.
