LOVING FALL
After 3 didget weather, Fall finally arrived! A very welcome sight! Our children spent a Saturday cleaning out our storage unit on the balcony and I was able to get my Fall decorations out! When I was at the store yesterday, a can of pumpkin and a can of evaporated milk managed to get in my cart. I had a pillsberry pie crust in the frig, so guess what...a pumpkin pie! I should have made my own crust, as I'm not used to premade crust, and it over cooked and didn't crimp us as nice as my own. But it didn't change the flavor and with a large dollop of whipped cream made a great breakfast and lunch...no I didn't have it for dinner! HaHa Pasta salad is delicious in any weather and I probably make it every couple of weeks! We had a mishap with a coffee mug a few weeks ago and my dearest is being seen by wound therapy doctor and nurses. Been too busy to post, but I will share that story in my next post!
