BOYS AND BIKES

These are my boys.  Our son, Myk and his two sons Kaleb standing and Elijah sitting.  They are all hard working men, responsible and loving life.  Kaleb is on the front lines as an RN and Elijah continuing his education to also get his RN.  Our son has been a Graphic Artist for a company for over 30 years.

 This road trip took them up the coast of California.  Santa Barbara, Morro Bay.  Beautiful scenery and the wind in your face.

 





If I were younger (much younger) I would love to be on the back of my son's bike, hanging on and feeling the freedom of a weekend trip on the bikes.

HaHa you would have to know the young Wanda.  I was a risk taker and a fun lover!  I'm still a fun lover, but the risk taker...not so much!!



MEET ELIJAH

 

I've posted a lot of pictures of our grandson Kaleb, and his football games.  Since we live an hour away it's easier to get in on Friday nights for the Football games.  However, we are just as proud and excited for our grandson Elijah (Kaleb's brother) who plays Water Polo for Sunny Hills High and their team is doing great.  His games are scheduled at odd times during the week, so we haven't been able to see one of his games yet.

 

This week he decided to get a really "Cool Short Cut".  A couple of years ago, he donated his "long" hair to Locks of Love.

 

Besides his dedication to Water Polo, he plays guitar for the Youth Praise Team at his Church.

We are proud of all our grand kids, but some don't want to be the "stars" on Grandma's Blog, so I respect that!

 

MY NAME IS MUD and SWEET MUSIC

We got to see our great grandsons, Issac and Matthew, this weekend as they are moving into a new home.  They have a huge back yard, and since it's not landscaped yet, two little boys were in heaven with a hose, a old ice chest, and a whole lot of mud!

I got a wonderful welcome as they know me as Grandma GG, who brings cookies!!  And I did!

We also had the pleasure this weekend to attend a Worship Service where another grandson, Elijah played his guitar with the Praise Band.  Our son Myk played the drums, but it was to dark in the room to get a shot of him.  So fun to see him behind the drums again.  Reminded us of all those days he played in our garage growing up.  Blessing on top of blessings.
