GOING BANANAS
I do not do well, when I'm out of the kitchen! The week spent at the hospital was withdrawl...HaHa. So I made up for it today while my dearest slept and rested. I went "Bananas". First it was a Cinnamon Sour sour cream coffee cake with drizzle and nuts! Yes, I had that slice with a cup of coffee!! Since the oven was still hot, a crustless veggie quiche was the next on my list! Some good nurishment for my dearest that didn't look like "hospital food". Old Fashioned Beef Stew. Oh dear, the cookie jar was empty!!! Now it's full. The only thing I didn't use was "bananas".....I just went there....HaHa. Back in my kitchen, my dearest getting stronger each day. I'm a happy camper!! Come on over, I've got plenty to share!!
