GETTING TO KNOW YOU!
This is my friend, Kimberly. She is my neighbor at the Villa and is a caregiver for her father. We met a several years ago when she was also caring for her husband who had been in a wheelchair for nine years. Very sad, he passed last year and she has been struggling with the loss and grief. I truly think the Lord put us together so I could be a friend and a shoulder to cry on. She is Buddhist, but very open to listen to me share my love and devotion to Jesus Christ. She came to America when she was eighteen as a refugee from Viet Nam. Each time we get together I learn more about her. She loves to sing, and like the song, "Getting to Know You....." I'm doing just that, getting to know Kim.! We wanted to find a place where we could enjoy breakfast and spend some quality time visiting.
