CREATIVE TUESDAY ~ "AQUA"
I took a break from Creative Tuesdays a while back. I was out of supplies, and truthfully not motivated. One of my dear blog friend and artist said something that really touch me when I said I was taking a "Art Break". She told me not to worry, when a painting was ready to be born, I would paint again. That just kept going over and over in my mind, as I had sometimes called my paintings my babies. So here I am in the labor room, ready to birth some new babies. The theme this time is 'AQUA' and since I am in the process of getting new supplies and paper, this is one I did a while back. I didn't want to wait, but wanted to get back in the group while my heart was ready. This was done is a very few minutes just dabbing color and lots of water on paper with out a sketch ~~with summer here....and aqua the theme, it seems a good choice. That's what I love about watercolor ~it can be very simple or complex. I'm very excited to be back...
