BITS AND BOBS
First of all I want to thank Mrs White for helping me with a blog issue. It's 99% fixed, and I'm OK with the yellow heading on the sidebar of Blog Friends. Now a few bits and bobs. My dearest was in the mood for buttermild pancakes, and since we keep buttermilk to drink (my dearest loves it) I pulled out my old Better Homes and Gardens cookbook to find the recipe. I made a big mess, had many dirty dishes and they were just "OK". I told my dearest the next time he wants buttermilk pancakes we'll take a trip to I HOPS!!! After being sick and losing my appetite, I finally got my taste buds back. Our son, Myk took me out to a mother/son lunch at Lazy Dog. He ordered the chicken pot pie and he said it was wonderful, all that yummy crust. I had the Tortilla Soup. It was so delicious and they added cheese, tortilla strips and avocado.
