THANKSGIVING AT THE CLUBHOUSE
Thursday afternoon at 4 o'clock, we celebrated Thanksgiving with our neighbors at Villa Ramona in the Clubhouse. A traditional dinner was provided by the Staff and all of us tenants signed up for side dishes or dessert. I decided on pumpkin and pecan pie. The clubhouse was decorated lovely and the buffet very nice with all the traditional Thanksgiving flavors. These are a few of my new friends. The young ladies live on the family side, and the little lady standing is Irma and she lives below us and a very good neighbor. I thought this decoration was so cute. Would put that on my table anytime. This was my plate before I dived in. Everything was delicious and I must say, my pecan pie was the best I've ever made. That got my taste buds working, and now I can't wait till next week when we celebrate with our family. Who will you be celebrating with this year? Will you be doing the cooking?
