A FEW MORE ODDS AND ENDS

SECURITY GUARD DOG.....sleeping on the job!!
Molly, Molly, Molly ~~ sleep on......zzzzz

Enjoying my Fall dishes.  Apricot/white chocolate/walnut scones and freshly brewed coffee.

I love our little "Treehouse" and my the Fall candles making for a cozy place to have my coffee and morning devotions,

Haven't made peanut butter cookies in a long time, but a friend mentioned how much she loves them, so I'm taking her a few when I see her tomorrow.
I really like they way they look using the peanut halves instead of the crisscross design with a fork.  Which do you do?

Have a Great Weekend!

  5. Your cookies are lovely. Leave it to you to think outside the box in decorating your cookies. Good idea!

    1. Thanks Cher, but I can't take the credit. It comes from an OLD OLD Betty Crocker cookbook. But I was thinking outside the box to check that old cookbood...hahaha

  6. Hi Wanda! Molly is A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E!!!! I squealed out loud seeing those photos, gosh I'm a sucker for canines lol! I love your fall dishes, I have yet to acquire a nice pumpkin mug! Before I met Alex I made peanut butter cookies all the time - fork gal here. He's allergic to peanut butter so we don't eat that anymore. The only peanut butter in this house is now for the "spoiled dog cakes" that I make for the doggie birthdays! :)

    1. We do love our Molly girl. She was 13 in July. A sweetheart. I don't give out peanut butter cookies to the children in the complex as I know many people are allergic to them. I stick with choc. chip for them. I saw a cute thing on fb where they put peanut butter at the end of the bathtub to keep the dog licking while they bath him. I don't thin I want to spread PB in my tub...haha. Spoiled dog cake...I like that.
