SCRIBBLE PICNIC ~ CURTAIN

Watercolor by Wanda

The theme this week is "CURTAIN".  I love curtains.  I thought of many different ways to show windows and curtains.  Even thought of a shower curtain.  As you can see, even my header has a curtain blowing in the breeze.

But for the theme...I wanted to find something out of the ordinary and saw something that reminded me of a curtain call.  Decided this one would be the "Final Curtain Call"....Do you hear the applause????

It will be fun to see all the "curtains" so join me in clicking on the Scribble Picnic Badge on the top of my sidebar.

    1. Thanks Sue. I had a nice ring to it!! Today we took him "junking" at the local thrift store. He found a jacket, I found a beautiful blue and white quilt, a pottery pie plate and Don found a thermos bottle. It was fun...then we had lunch at IN-N-OUT! Tried the animal fries..very different!

    1. Latane ~ It would take a team of wild horses to pull me away from my blog. I started in 2007 and from time to time need a short break....but always come back. NO, this final curtain call is not mine.

  16. Wanda,
When I first saw your piece it reminded me of when I was a young girl and loved to put on puppet plays with my sister for anyone who would listen. I loved being behind the curtain and pretending to be someone else.
    Great picture.
