SCRIBBLE PICNIC ~ BIRDS

Never been very good at drawing birds, although I love them, and have several faux ones in our home.

The real deal.  She sits on my dresser, but for the picture, she is sitting on my sketch book.

Another of my "fake" birds sits on the kitchen sink and guards the hand soap ~ haha

I always have sunshine in my kitchen...the sign behind the soap and birdie says "Here comes the Sun".

Both little sketches are done with colored pencils.

Be sure and click on my Scribble Picnic badge on the side bar to see all the other bird lovers illustrations and stories.

  3. Great job on the bird sketch! You know, I don't have many fake birds for some reason. I can't draw cars for the life of me.

  9. These are delightful Wanda. I have several faux birdies too - my favorites are 3 resin ones which can be set under a flower pot to raise it up, another is a beautiful carved wooden penguin - guess why!!!!!!!!

You did a great job with your colored pencils on both the birds and the neat soap dispenser.

    1. Thanks Mary ~I loved your penguin drawing. I normally always use water color, but was watching a baseball game on TV and the pencils were easier. HaHa.
