MORE VISITORS AT THE TREE HOUSE

One of the blessings of the Tree House is the company we have been able to enjoy here.

When we moved to Hughson our youngest daughter Jill was in 4th grade and Jennie (on the left) was her first friend and they have remained best friends.  Jennie and her mom and daughter stopped by for a few hours on their way to Disneyland.

They planned this trip for a year, and wouldn't you know after months and months of  NO rain...it's going to rain for the next three days.   No matter, rain or shine ~  Disneyland will be a very fun trip them.

    1. It a rare a wonderful thing to have a life long friend. I'm blessed to have a friendship with Kris, my life long friend. Met when we were preschool, and now have been best friends for almost 70 years. A treasure.

    1. That's what I told them..rain or shine they will have a great time. I already saw a picture on fb at Splash Mountain...so they would have gotten wet anyway! HaHa.

  3. I've never been to Disney, but I could imagine it would be great no matter what the weather. Did they pack their umbrellas?

    1. Yes, and parka and boots. They were prepared! I haven't been for years. The price for a ticket has tripled since we were there. There is Disney Down Town, that is free, and it doesn't have rides, but it has lots of stores and eating places.

  6. Yes indeed...it rained at Disneyland.
We just splashed around in it for 3 days too. Had lots of fun, but finding a dry place to sit was an adventure.
