SOMEONE IS HAVING LUNCH ON MY WALL

After buying a new bag of birdseed (sunflower seeds included) I decided to put a small bowl on the wall in the front yard for the birds.    Did I say "birds"?  Guess this little guy didn't read the memo.  I thought he looked so cute I grabbed my camera and got this shot from the front window.

He is very considerate, as he only eats the sunflower seeds and leave the rest for the birds.

The new header is the top shelf in my mother's antique hutch that holds a lot of my "tea stuff".  Yes, the picture in the little tea pot frame on the left is me and my dearest many moons ago.

Think I'll go put the tea kettle on.  Care to join me?

  3. A squirrel's got to eat and hey, if you put the sweets in the same bowl as the veggies, I just might pick those out first too.
I would like nothing better than to join you for tea. Shall I bring some cookies?

    1. Like I pick out my favorites in party mix....haha
I think we could have the best blog tea party. Since I've never bought a lottery ticket the chances of me winning are pretty slim...but if I came into a lot of money....I would fly all my blog friend to CA and we would party.

    1. I was trying to remember when that picture was taken and I believe it was 1963. Several people back then thought Don looked like Jack Paar. But then you are too young to remember him.

    1. Molly likes chasing them up a tree when she's in the back yard. You should hear those squirrels chatter back at her.
