WHAT'S THE BIG RUSH !

February isn't that far away, is it??  When Don and I were doing some cleaning in the garage, I saw my Valentine decorations so brought them inside.  That was a mistake, because I couldn't leave them in the bin.  So Happy Early Valenine's Day.  The nice thing about my February decorations go with the splashes of red I used for Christmas.  Just added some "Pink" and walla ~ decorating done.

Had to pick up a few things at Trader Joe's and bought a couple bouquets.  One looks nice in the kitchen window..and the other in the living room.

The bouquet in the living room works with my splashes of red. (Notice Molly in the corner on the red throw on the couch).

For you tea drinkers ~ have you ever had PG Tips from England.  A blogger friend that hosted Creative Tuesday some time back had a giveaway that I won....In the box of goodies was this box of PG Tips pyramid teabags.  It's very nice black tea, and with a spoon of my vanilla sugar and some cream very tasty.  What's your favorite tea?

  1. Fun post. I'm visiting from "White Lace and Promises." I'm more of a coffee drinker, but generally drink herbal tea. I enjoy peppermint and orange spice.

    1. Hi Carol ~ Thanks for the visit. I'm a coffee drinker too...in fact toooooo much. So sometimes I just fix a cup of tea. I like herbal teas, but I'm more of a "fruit" herbal tea user.

  2. Hi Wanda. I am anxious to get something for the front door for Valentine's Day. I see Molly! Your tea looks wonderful. We drink chamomile/mint tea to hopefully make us sleep better! Your flower bouquets are so cheerful!

    1. I haven't done my front porch yet. Get to that next week. I do have a Valentine Wreath I'll probably hang with a few red, white and pink fake flowers in the basket by the front door.

  3. I like your Valentine decorations. I want to put mine up this weekend. I like to enjoy them for more than a couple of weeks. Maybe it will brighten things up with all this snow we have been having.

My favorite tea is Constant Comment (orange/spice), but I love PG Tips too. Also Typhoo which is a British tea very like PG Tips. My family all loves British tea. It's so much better than ours.

    1. You will have to show us when you get decorated. I remember when Constant Comment..when it first came on the scene. It wasn't a trend...cause it stayed the test of time.

    1. Betsy, I promise my Easter decorations will not go up next week. Your memory is tooooo good!!
I did a little more this afternoon....decided to be romantic so hung my girl in the white dress over my desk, and added pretty pink lace and tea things. Also on the corner table by the window added some "pretty in pink" tea stuff. I'm a sucker for decorating!!

    1. Years ago I had a motto... "I buy flowers ~ if there is any money left, I pay rent and buy groceries." Well I always paid my rent on time, and we always had something to eat. Fresh flowers to make a difference.

  6. I love your decorations, the red really pops and looks so refreshing. I don't do much for Valentine's Day but I do like to make a bouquet of red, pink and cream tulips for a little romance.

I'll look for the tea. I love a cup in the evening and there are so many new ones it gets confusing!

    XO,
    Jane

  7. Constant Comment! I have not remembered that in ages! I shall have to hunt down and buy some tomorrow! That would be my FAVORITE tea! Unless it is the spice tea I used to but at Cost Plus. Have not had that in YEARS! Do they still make it? I will have to check that out!
