JUST FOR FUN !

NEED A "SHOT" OF COFFEE?

Our kids love to give "crazy" gifts.  It's been happening for years.  This year our daughter Julie thought her Dad needed a "Shot of Coffee" for his birthday last month.

The handle looks so real.  I don't know how you feel about guns...but this one has no bullets but it's big enough to hold a pot of coffee and that should give me quite a jolt!

Actually, it so big my dearest will probably put pencils in it on his desk.

Does you family give crazy gifts??

  2. Ha! Very good!
My son gave my boyfriend a megaphone...you can either talk into it, and broadcast your voice....or....press a button, and it sounds like a police siren!
    Well.....guess who loves the siren?
Yup.....miss V! She has a ball with it!
Gag gifts are definitely a good thing!
    Enjoy your evening....
    Cheers!
    Linda :o)

  5. I've never seen these before. Great!

Many years ago, we passed an ugly stuffed frog around from person to person!

    1. That reminds me of some Church Christmas parties with gag gifts. We passed a rubber chicken around for years. HaHa

  6. My DIL once gave my husband a "pooping reindeer" for Christmas. It spit brown jelly beans out of its backside. (blech!)
I preferred the singing lobster from Nova Scotia. It was motion activated and we set it in our bathroom to "greet" our guests. :)

    1. Now those are funny gag gifts. When we were in Tahoe, I did see a bag that said "Bear Poop"...Hope it was chocolate or jelly beans!

      Singing Lobster...that's my favorite.

  8. Love your mug. We really don't do gag gifts in my family. Although in 1999 my brother gave me a millenium care package for Christmas -- a can of Spam, a roll of toilet paper, a transistor radio with batteries and a flashlight. That was funny.

  9. I think humor in families is the glue that helps hold them together.
Laughing has helped us get through many difficult times.

    1. I so agree, Sue. It's got us through a lot of difficult times. Especially when you have two stand up comedians in the family. Myk and Michel keep us in stitches when we have family gatherings. I treasure those times.
