ABC Wednesday ~ Letter "P"

"P" is for Peacock

Taken at a
Retreat I attended.  Lovely grounds, a good time for a silence and solitude and a beautiful peacock to boot!  Someone forgot to tell the peacock to be quiet!! HaHa
But the sounds of nature were refreshing.

To see all the other participants and how they use the Letter P, just click on the ABC Badge on my sidebar.

Love the peacock but boy are they screechy and noisy.
    The retreat place looks lovely.

  4. We had a zoo peacock chase us once. It instilled a healthy respect in us.
They sure are pretty even if they do have an ornery disposition.

  5. They are very glamorous, but inclined to sound like fishwives at times....

  6. Your peacock is very beautiful! Last year we saw a white peacock in Tasmania. It was also beautiful and it was also the first time I saw one.
    Have a great week!

  7. How funny that a retreat would have some onery Peacocks disturbing the silence. But the beauty was appreciated.
