MINI VACATION

Our friends from Santa Barbara came over for a couple of days R&R.  Wednesday we went to a Retired Ministers and Missionaries Luncheon, and then they spent the night.  This morning we got up and had a nice breakfast of Scones, yogurt, strawberries and hot coffee.  Beautiful day so we ate outside in Patio.  They brought Chika and she immediately decided she liked Don.  Notice Don is still eating so both dogs are waiting for a bite.

After breakfast we took a quick trip to the Thrift Store where both Juliana and I found a couple cute summer tops.  Then off to Desconso Gardens so Tom and Juliana could experience all the lovely gardens and flowers we enjoy often.
So many flowers were in bloom and it's a lot more fun touring the gardens when friends. Tom and Don were showing off their muscles holding this tree up...HaHa.

    1. These little dogs get along so well. Molly wasn't jealous that Chika wanted to sit on Don's lap. They did just find at home alone while we did our running around.

      Have a great weekend Laurie.

Eating out on your patio looks like something from a movie.
