It's been a really nice break for the month of March.  I've enjoyed reading, baking, quilting, visiting with family and friends, a trip to the Zoo with the grand kids and a few walks through Desconso Gardens.  But I'm back and excited to have a fresh start and outlook for my blogging.

One of the things I wanted to do this year for Good Friday was make Hot Cross Buns from scratch!  There is a video at Joy of that shows you each step and it made my challenge to make them so much easier.

Finding that putting towels in the dryer and getting it nice and warm, is the perfect place to let your yeast dough rise if you don't have a warm place in your house.  It was so fun to see mine turn out just like the ones in the video.  They really taste good too.  I didn't use the dried mixed citrus fruit, but used golden raisins and dried apricots instead.  I really liked the flavor.  I think I've just started a Good Friday Tradition!

I trust all of you had a good March.  I'll be over to visit and catch up!

RISEN CHRIST, through Your death, sin has been vanquished and death itself has been defeated. REIGNING KING, You have been exalted to the highest place and have been given the name above all names. Every soul in all creation shall bow before You. Yet You are not only the SAVIOR of the world, YOU are also my personal Savior. You call my name. You know me through and through. Nothing about me is hidden from You. What a privilege to acknowledge You as GOD ALMIGHTY and to walk with You as the Lover of my Soul, my Savior and my Friend. This Easter morning, I can only bow in adoration, and worship with a heart full of gratitude for the SACRIFICE you made for me! I love you. Amen.

I really didn't mean to leave "Without a Trace"...But I decided to take a computer break until Easter, and set my focus on other things.  So I just stopped posting on my blogs, but several of you dear friends emailed me to see if I was OK.

Yes, I've never been better, and I apologize for leaving without a trace.  I am also off Face Book until Easter.  There is a feeling of freedom taking a break, which I haven't done for quite a while.

I will be posting my prayer on Sunday's on the Daily Prayer Blog on my sidebar, as that is a commitment I've made and will honor that.

Have a great Month of March...See you April 1 ~ No April Fool! HaHa
