Going along with my "February Theme" it was time for some Valentine cookies. They look so pretty on the red plate don't you think?
Such an easy recipe.
1 box white cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 1/4 c. M&M's
Drop by spoonful
Bake 350 ~ 10 minutes
Enjoy!!

ReplyDeleteI am pretty new to this myself, but a friend of my got me started making Snickerdoodles from Yellow cake mix. Add the eggs and oil and roll dough in a ball and roll in sugar..press down a little and bake. They are good too.
