For those of you who haven't heard. There was NO WORM in the cauliflower I cooked whole in the crock pot.
It was delicious. Tender and juicy. Before serving I did add a little butter and kosher salt.
It is no more, as you can see I just finished the leftovers for lunch! I sprinkled a little Parmesan cheese today and that also added a nice flavor. It was just as good warmed up today as last night! I do believe I will do this again.
Martha tells me she did hers in a Dutch Oven with olive oil and lemon juice... That's sound good too.
