Friday Night Football

Last night we were able to watch our Grandson, Kaleb play the first football game of the season.  He is a Senior and the Quarter Back and one of the Captain's of the team.

It was a great game, Kaleb did us proud with many completed passes, ran the ball well for a touchdown and his team won the game by a large margin.

Again, this is one of the reasons we moved to Southern CA when we retired.  So we could participate in a personal way our kids and grand kids lives.

Go Kaleb, and Sunny Hill's' High School!

    1. It was very special, Laurie...My how he towers above us. His brother, Elijah is in Water Polo, but his games are scheduled at a time we can drive in to see them. Proud of both boys.

    1. Betsy, I didn't take the top picure, it was taken at a practice game for their Program. Kaleb used it for his fb cover.

It was so fun watching this game and seeing the months and months of hard work, practice, watching football movies...etc. pay off!

  5. How cool! I love football and try and go to at least one Redskin game a year. In two weeks my husband and I will be flying to San Diego for a weeks vacation. We are planning on visiting the San diego zoo and La brea tar pits, any other suggestions? :-)
