BACK ON TRACK

Eating on vacation is one of the pleasures of life, but now that we're home, it's "Back on Track" with healthy eating!

My favorite is grilled fish, salad and veggies.  Hopefully those few pounds that jumped on will be worked off soon as I went back to YMCA today and don't plan to miss a day this week.  Tomorrow Zumba Gold.

How do you keep pounds from jumping on in the summer?

  1. oh, I need to get "back on track" too, Wanda. I got off track in April and have totally run off in the ditch! Your plate makes me feel inspired to climb back up to the road to healthier living.

    1. I went to my Zumba Gold class today, and the instrutor got tied up in traffic and so they sent us home...not good...but back to the Y tomorrow...It's sure easy to get sidetracked... I know.

  2. It's the treadmill for me. And we eat simply...grilled meat, veggies, fruits and salads. I do have to have something sweet though...and I do love icecream in the summer. So the treadmill is a must.

Zumba is good for you! I have friends that do it!

    1. We eat that way too. Since I only cook for two....we don't have to eat family style...so I determine how much goes on the plate and what!!! Don doesn't seem to mind...and yes, a little ice cream is a must.

  3. -- a lot of cut up fruit in the fridge keeps us snacking on food that is 'real.'
